Welcome to Bowlinlaw.com.  Bowlin Law Offices is a law firm concentrating in the practice of real property law. With nearly 20 years experience and over 10,000 closings under our belts, we have the experience literally thousands of clients have come to rely on.  We provide professional legal services to individual borrowers, real estate agents and builders as well as local and national lenders. Many borrowers, banks and mortgage lending institutions have come to rely on our integrity, experience, and skill in closing even the most complex of loans.

The legal world of real estate is constantly changing.  Soon, borrowers will arrive at our office and sign only an electronic signature pad, one time, to complete their closing. In addition to, or instead of, paper copies of the loan package, documents will be e-mailed to the borrowers or copied to a convenient CD which can easily be stored at home.

A new feature of our web site is scanned document images. If you order title work from this web site, you’ll be able to view certain documents, such as a preliminary report on title or even the final title policy. If you've already placed one or more orders with us, you can click here to see your Order History, which will contain links to your scanned images, if available.
