We are always looking for a way to improve quality and efficiency. To that end, we now provide online views of scanned document images. If you place your order for a title search using our online web form, you will be able to view images of the preliminary report on title as well as the Final Report or Final Policy. These images will be available to you in the "View Order History" screen. There, you will see helpful information, including the date of the order, the date the preliminary title work was completed, whether the loan has closed or is still pending as well as the scanned images. All of this information is confidential and is made available ONLY to the party placing the original title order. This area of the web site is both user name and password protected. All scanned images sent over the internet are encrypted as well. We are excited about this new technology and hope you, our clients, find it helpful.
